Controller

ANA Wealth GmbH, Gotthardstrasse 26, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, is responsible for personal data processed through The Syndicate unless a transaction document or service notice identifies another controller.

  • Account and authentication data, including invitation status, login events, access permissions, and workspace activity.
  • Transaction workflow data, including deal access requests, confirmations, questions, submissions, and uploaded documents.
  • Technical and usage data, including device, browser, IP address, analytics events, and security logs.

Purposes

  • Providing and securing the website, workspace, invitations, and deal-room access.
  • Administering investor eligibility, confidentiality acknowledgements, and transaction workflows.
  • Communicating about platform access, support, submissions, and deal processes.
  • Maintaining audit logs, compliance records, security controls, and operational records.
  • Improving the product experience through limited analytics and diagnostics.

Legal bases

We process personal data where it is necessary to provide the platform, pursue legitimate business and security interests, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, perform a contract or pre-contractual steps, or where consent is requested for a specific use.
